摘  要:目的探索CBL教学法在中医药大学预防医学本科外科学总论课程教学中的效果。方法选取上海中医药大学2017级预防医学本科26名学生为研究对象,利用多媒体课堂资源,采用CBL教学方式讲解外科学总论,课后以调查问卷的形式评价教学效果。结果除一名学生外,其余25名学生均完成课程,对课程的满意率达100%,认为联合以案例为基础的教学(Case-Based Learning,CBL)方式在课程教学中的重要性为100%;96%的学生认为CBL教学方式对理论知识掌握的帮助很大,96%的学生希望CBL教学方式能够延续下去。结论CBL教学方式在中医药大学预防医学本科外科学总论课程教学中获得非常好的效果,值得进一步推广。Objective To explore the effect of case-based learning(CBL)teaching method in the teaching of general surgery course of preventive medicine in university of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 26 undergraduate students of preventive medicine grade 2017 in Shanghai University of traditional Chinese medicine were enrolled in this study.Using multimedia classroom resources,CBL teaching method was used to explain the general theory of surgery,and questionnaire was used to evaluate the effect after class.Results In addition to one student quitting,the satisfaction rate of 25 students is 100%,and the importance of CBL in course teaching is 100%.96%of the students think that CBL teaching method is very helpful to master the theoretical knowledge,and 96%of the students hope that this teaching method can continue.Conclusion CBL teaching method has played a very good role in the teaching of general surgery course of preventive medicine in university of traditional Chinese medicine,which is worthy of continuation and promotion.
