摘 要:目的观察层级管理模式对提升护士核心能力的效果,以期为护士管理模式的优化和完善提供参考。方法选取东莞市妇幼保健院新生儿科从事护理工作的护理人员60例,于2020年6月至2021年2月对护理人员实施层级管理模式,对层级管理模式实施前后护士核心能力进行评估,并对照分析层级管理模式实施前后护士工作质量情况,另外对层级管理模式实施前后护士职业倦怠感情况进行评估与分析。结果实施后护士核心能力评分高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后工作质量评分高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后职业倦怠感评分低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论层级管理模式的实施可以使护士核心能力得到提升,同时也可以提高工作质量,减轻其职业倦怠感,临床价值显著。Objective To observe the effect of hierarchical management mode on improving nurses'core competencies,so as to provide reference for the optimization and improvement of management mode on nurses.Methods A total of 60 nurses engaged in nursing work in the Department of Neonatology of Dongguan Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the study subjects to receive the hierarchical management mode from June 2020 to February 2021.The core competencies of nurses before and after the implementation of the hierarchical management mode were evaluated,and the quality of nurses'work before and after the implementation of the hierarchical management mode was analyzed contrastively.In addition,the occupational burnout of nurses was evaluated and analyzed before and after the implementation of the hierarchical management mode.Results The core competency scores of nurses after the implementation of hierarchical management mode were higher than those before implementation,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The work quality scores after implementation were higher than those before implementation,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of occupational burnout after implementation were lower than those before implementation,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the hierarchical management mode can enhance the core competencies of nurses,as well as improve their work quality and reduce the occupational burnout,with significant clinical value.
