摘 要:基于有限元方法,使用拓扑优化理论对初始车轮结构进行轻量化设计,并从模态、强度二方面进行可靠性验证。首先设计了车轮的原始模型,使用有限元软件对原始模型进行离散化处理,分析结构的静强度,之后对车轮结构进行拓扑优化分析及轻量化设计,最后对优化后模型进行模态频率、强度的校核。结果表明,在优化模型的模态频率、强度均满足设计要求的前提下,车轮整体质量减轻了78%,轻量化设计效果显著。Based on the finite element method and the theory of topology optimization,the initial wheel structure was designed with the lightweight method,then the reliability of the optimized model was verified from two aspects of mode and strength.Firstly,the initial model of the wheel was designed,and the finite element software was used to discretize the original model to analyze the static strength of the structure.Then,the topology optimization analysis and lightweight design of the wheel structure were carried out.Finally,the modal frequency and strength of the optimized model were checked.The results show that on the basis of the optimized model's modal frequency and strength meet the design requirements,the overall mass of the wheel is reduced by 78%,and the lightweight design has a significant effect.
