大数据时代背景下企业管理模式的创新

摘　　要：在大数据和信息技术的冲击下,企业传统的管理模式也凸显不足,因此,企业要发展就需顺应当前时代发展,对企业管理模式进行创新。以创新解决传统企业管理模式存在的问题,发挥大数据技术对企业管理模式创新的积极作用,形成企业管理模式的相关创新路径。Under the impact of big data information technology,the traditional management mode of enterprises shows its disadvantages.In order to gets developed,enterprises must keep pace with the development of the Times and innovate the enterprise management mode.For addressing the problems existing in traditional enterprise management mode by innovation,there is a need to give play to the positive role of big data technology in enterprise management mode innovation,and form the relevant innovation path of enterprise management mode.
