摘 要:为考察生活目标与民族地区基础教育教师职业承诺的关系及经济人信念在其间的作用机制,采用教师职业承诺量表、生活目标量表、经济人信念量表对四川凉山、阿坝、甘孜等民族地区共600余名教师进行调查。结果是:民族地区基础教育教师的生活目标、经济人信念、职业承诺在民族、学历、职称、教龄等方面有显著差异;职业承诺与生活目标(r=0.22,p<0.001)、经济人信念(r=0.19,p<0.001)显著相关,生活目标与经济人信念存在显著正相关(r=0.35,p<0.001),生活目标可以正向预测教师职业承诺(β=0.20,p<0.001);经济人信念在生活目标与职业承诺之间有部分中介作用,理性在其间有调节作用。结论是:提高民族地区基础教育教师职业承诺必须充分考虑民族地区基础教育教师的生活目标、经济人信念等因素。In order to investigate the relationship between life goal and occupational commitment of basic education teachers in minority areas and the mechanism of homo economicus belief in the relationship,more than 600 teachers in minority areas such as Liangshan,Aba and Ganzi in Sichuan were investigated by using teacher occupational commitment scale,life goal scale and homo economicus belief scale.The results are as follows:1)there are significant differences in life goal,homo economicus belief and occupational commitment of basic education teachers in minority areas in terms of nationality,educational background,professional title and teaching age.2)occupational commitment of basic education teachers is significantly correlated with life goal(r=0.22,p<0.001)and homo economicus belief(r=0.19,p<0.001),and there is a significant positive correlation between life goal and homo economicus belief(r=0.35,p<0.001),life goal can positively predict teachers’occupational commitment(β=0.20,p<0.001).3)the homo economicus belief play a partial mediating role in the relationship between life goal and teachers’occupational commitment,and rationality plays a moderating role in it.The conclusion is that:to improve the occupational commitment of basic education teachers in minority areas,we must fully consider the factors such as the life goal and the homo economicus belief of basic education teachers in minority areas.
