摘 要:基于2015年“中国综合社会调查”的相关数据,探讨青年员工的社会使命感对职业成功的影响及其作用机制。研究发现,青年员工的社会使命感越强,越趋于获得和感知更大的职业成功。进一步分析表明,社会使命感通过影响职业认同作用于职业成功,职业认同在社会使命感与职业成功之间具有部分中介作用;工作压力在一定程度上调节社会使命感与职业认同之间的关系,高工作压力情境和低工作压力情境下的调节作用存在差异。建议采取建设性策略培育青年员工的社会使命感,关注不同程度的工作压力对青年员工的差异化影响,有效助力青年员工获得职业成功。Based on the related data from "Chinese General Social Survey" in 2015, this article tries to explore the impact of young employees’ sense of social mission on their career success and its mechanism. According to the findings, the stronger the young employees’ sense of social mission, the more they can achieve and perceive career success. According to the further analysis, the sense of social mission can affect career success through influencing professional identity, the professional identity has partial mediation effect between sense of social mission and career success;to some extent, the job stress can moderate the relationship between sense of social mission and professional identity. As for mediation effect, there exist some differences between higher job stress and lower job stress. Based on these findings, we put forward several suggestions, namely adopting constructive strategies to cultivate the young employees’ sense of social mission, paying attention to the differentiated impacts of different job stresses on young employees, and effectively helping young employees achieve career success.
