摘　　要：商贸英语作为皮革对外贸易活动中的语言媒介,其翻译水平的精准性与流畅性对皮革的国际贸易活动影响巨大。为了解决目前皮革市场商贸英语翻译人才缺失的难题,提升沟通效率,分析了商贸英语自身的规律及特点,结合皮革商贸英语翻译人才的培养现状,以及存在的问题,有针对性地给出了学校、培训机构以及企业在培养皮革商贸英语翻译人才时的改革路径,并给出了相关从业人员在日常工作学习过程中提升自身翻译水平的策略,希望可以为皮革行业的商贸活动储备英语翻译人才,促进皮革国际贸易蓬勃发展。As a language medium in leather foreign trade activities,the accuracy and fluency of business Englishtranslation have a great impact on leather international trade activities.In order to solve the problem of lack of businessEnglish translation talents in the leather market and improve communication efficiency,the rules and characteristics ofbusiness English are analyzed.Combined with the current situation and existing problems of leather business Englishtranslation talents training,the reform path of schools,training institutions and enterprises in the training of leatherbusiness English translation talents were given,and the promotion strategies for related practitioners to improve theirown translation level in the daily work and study process were put forward.It is hoped that we can reserve Englishtranslation talents for the business activities of leather industry and promote the vigorous development of internationalleather trade.
