摘　　要：新时代高校劳动教育的开展,是大学落实立德树人的应有之义,是落实培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人总要求的必然举措。探索新时代高校劳动教育的内涵和基本原则,分析新时代大学生职业观存在的问题、探索劳动教育的实践途径是新时代提升大学生职业素养,拓展大学生就业实践路径,实现新时代人才培养的必然要求。The development of labor education in colleges and universities in the new era is the due meaning of the mission of the university,and it is an inevitable measure to implement the general requirements of cultivating socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development of moral,intellectual,physical,and artistic.Exploring the connotation and basic principles of labor education in colleges and universities in the new era,analyzing the problems in the career view of college students in the new era,and exploring the practical ways of labor education are the inevitable requirements of improving college students’professional quality in the new era,expanding college students’employment practice paths,and realizing the inevitable requirements of talent training in the new era.
