摘 要:探究了芍药籽单萜类和低聚芪类化合物对由油酸诱导HpeG2细胞脂质积累的干预作用,结果表明:芍药籽单萜苷类和低聚芪类化合物均能显著降低HepG2细胞内总甘油三酯、胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白的含量,对高密度脂蛋白的含量无显著性影响,且低聚芪类化合物效果优于单萜苷类化合物。相较于模型组,单萜苷类和低聚芪类高剂量组细胞内甘油三酯含量分别下降了36.24%和66.45%,胆固醇含量分别下降了50.20%和50.22%,低密度脂蛋白分别下降了75.01%和75.26%。The intervention effects of monoterpene glycosides and oligomeric astragals in Paeonia lactiflora Pall seeds on lipid accumulation in HpeG2 cells induced by oleic acid were investigated.The results showed that both monoterpene glycosides and oligomeric astragals in Peaonia lactiflora Pall seeds significantly reduced the content of total triglycerides,cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein in HepG2 cells,but had no significant effect on the content of high-density lipoprotein,and oligomeric astragals were more effective than monoterpene glycosides.Compared with the model group,the intracellular triglyceride content decreased by 36.24%and 66.45%,cholesterol content decreased by 50.20%and 50.22%,and LDL decreased by 75.01%and 75.26%in the high-dose group of monoterpene glycosides and oligostilbene,respectively.
