摘  要:幼儿教师队伍建设应集社会各方资源于一体,融合共建,有效探寻本土化发展的切实可行之策。主要采用问卷法和访谈法,立足Z市实际,探寻地方高校促进幼儿教师队伍本土化发展的现状、发挥作用情况以及地方幼儿教师专业发展需求情况分析等,在此基础上,提出地方高校管理层切实发挥引领作用,积极尝试组织多种形式的密切合作,如强化校地合作、开展联合教科研活动等建议,进一步寻求园校融合共建下地方高校促进幼儿教师队伍本土化发展有效策略。以期为幼儿教师队伍本土化发展提供有效借鉴。The construction of preschool teachers should integrate all social resources into one,integrate and build together,and effectively explore the feasible strategy of localized development.In this paper,based on the actual Z city,explore local colleges localization development of local colleges to promote preschool teachers present situation,the localization development of local colleges to promote preschool teachers play a role in the situation and the local preschool teacher's professional development demand analysis,analysis of localization in the development of local colleges to promote preschool teachers demand,On this basis,we seek effective strategies to promote the localization of preschool teachers in local colleges and universities under the integration of kindergartens and schools.In order to provide effective reference for the localization development of preschool teachers.
