当前高校机关党建与业务融合发展的工作理路

摘　　要：高校机关作为学校发展的中枢部门,其工作质量和效率事关高校办学质量以及全体师生的切身利益。高校机关党建的高质量发展是高校各项工作高质量发展的重要风向标,应当走在前、做表率。然而,当前高校机关党建与业务融合发展不足、不深等问题突出。面对新形势、新要求,高校机关部门党建与业务融合发展不仅重要而且必要。通过提高认识、主体共建、完善制度、创新方法、强化落实和加强研究等有效举措,可以系统有效地推动新时代高校机关与业务的深度融合,不断开创高校机关部门工作的新格局。The administrative departments are the central departments in a college,of which the work qualities and efficiency are related to the education quality and the vital interests of all teachers and students.The high-quality development of the party construction in colleges’administrative departments are the important indicators of the high-quality development of all work,which should go ahead and set an example to the other jobs.However,the integrated development between the party construction and business are insufficient.Facing the new situations and new requirements,it is not only important but also necessary to integrate the development of party construction and business in colleges’administrative departments.Through some effective measures,such as raising awareness,co-construction of subjects,perfecting system,innovating methods,strengthening implementation and research,we can systematically and effectively promote the deep integration between the part construction and professional work in college’s administrative departments in the new era,and constantly create a new work pattern in the administrative departments of a college.
