固相萃取结合高效液相色谱法同时测定饮料中9种人工合成色素含量

摘　　要：建立了一种采用固相萃取结合高效液相色谱法同时测定饮料中9种人工合成色素(柠檬黄、新红、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄、诱惑红、酸性红、亮蓝、赤藓红)的方法。样品经ProElut PWA-2固相萃取小柱净化,以乙腈-0.02mol/L乙酸铵为流动相,采用低压梯度洗脱方式,在C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱上分离,于254 nm波长处检测。该方法分离效果好,线性范围宽,检出限低,9种色素的线性相关系数均大于0.9999,实际样品加标回收率在90.2%~108.6%,相对标准偏差为2.2%~4.3%。对市售的5种含人工合成色素的饮料进行检测,结果令人满意。A solid phase extraction and HPLC method was established for simultaneously determination of 9 kinds of synthetic pigment(lemon yellow,new red,amaranth,carmine,sunset yellow,allura red,acid red,brilliant blue,erythrosine)in beverage.Sample was purified by ProElut PWA-2 solid phase extraction column,and separated on the C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)in low pressure gradient elution mode using a mobile phase made up of acetonitrile and 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate,and detected at 254 nm.The method had good separation effect,wide linearity range and low detection limit.The linear correlation coefficient of 9 kinds of synthetic pigment were greater than 0.9999,the actual sample standard addition recovery rate was in the range of 90.2%~108.6%,the relative standard deviations were 2.2%~4.3%.Detecting on five kinds of beverages containing synthetic pigments on the market,the results were also satisfactory.
