摘　　要：近年来,刺五加作为国家卫健委公布的可用于保健食品的物质,越来越多地出现在人们的视野中,引起了国内外的高度关注。其重要的活性成分和较高的营养价值及保健功能具有较大的开发利用前景。基于国内外对刺五加的研究最新进展,从刺五加的主要活性成分、保健作用及功能饮料开发等方面进行了综述,以期为刺五加功能饮料的开发利用提供依据。In recent years,as a Chinese medicine that can be used in health foods announced by the National Health Commission,the acanthopanax senticosus appeared in the people’s vision,it has attracted great attention at home and abroad.Because of its important active constituents and high nutritional value and health function,it has a great prospect of development and utilization.Based on the research progress of acanthopanax senticosus at home and abroad,the active constituents,health function and beverage development were reviewed,in order to provide basis for the development and utilization of acanthopanax senticosus health beverage.
