摘 要:为满足用户居住舒适度要求,将3种弹性垫层材料应用于一栋轻型木结构建筑卧室楼盖结构,并与普通楼盖开展隔声性能对比试验研究。利用传递函数法和瞬态激励法等实测材料隔声、阻尼比和弹性模量以及日常行为跳跃激励方式下的楼盖隔声量。结果表明:弹性垫层材料由于高阻尼比、高弹性模量,能有效减小共振,改善楼盖隔声效能。3种弹性垫层材料均能有效提高建筑结构减振隔声性能,其中BGL楼盖的隔声性能最好,EPP和软木板楼盖次之,而普通OSB楼盖最低。此外,跳跃激励方式下,3种浮筑楼盖可改善楼盖中低频段的撞击声隔声性能,提高用户舒适度。In order to meet the living comfort requirements of residents,three kinds of elastic cushion materials were applied in the bedroom floor structure of a light timber buliding and the sound insulation performance was compared with its ordinary floor.The transfer function method and transient excitation method were considered to measure the sound insulation,damping ratio and elastic modulus of materials,and the sound insulation of the floor under the daily behavioral jump excitation.Through comparative analysis,the results showed that the elastic cushion material could effectively reduce the resonance and improve the sound insulation performance of the floor due to its high damping ratio and high elastic modulus.The experimental test further demonstrated that all three types of elastic cushion materials could effectively improve the vibration and sound insulation performance of the building structure,with BGL floor the best,followed by EPP and softwood floor,while the ordinary OSB floor was the lowest.Moreover,under the jumping excitation,all three floating floors could improve the impact sound insulation performance of the middle and low frequency bands,improving the user comfort.
