摘 要:目的:探讨标准化病人(SP)结合情景模拟教学法在高校健康评估实验教学中的应用效果.方法:选取护理学专业本科生84名,分为观察组(42名)和对照组(42名)两组,对照组在健康评估实验教学中采用传统教学法,观察组采用SP结合情景模拟教学法,比较两组的理论与实验操作考试成绩,并通过问卷调查评价教学效果.结果:观察组学生的理论考试成绩和实验操作考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);调查问卷结果显示,95.4%以上学生对此种教学方式的效果评价良好(P<0.05).结论:SP病人结合情景模拟教学法能有效提高学生的操作技能水平、护患沟通能力及人文关怀意识等综合素质,教学满意度高,提升了实训教学的整体效果.Objective To explore the application effect of the standardized patient(SP)combined with scenario simulation teaching method in the practical teaching of the health assessment in minority universities.Method 84 undergraduate students were selected from the nursing specialty in our university,who were divided into observation group(42)and control group(42).The control group in health assessment practical education was taught with traditional teaching method,the observation group was taught with the scenario simulation method based on SP.The theoretical and practical achievements of the two groups were compared with the questionnaire survey to evaluate the teaching effect.Results The results of practical and theoretical examination in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Questionnaire results showed that more than 95.4%of the students had a good evaluation of the effect of this teaching method.Conclusion Standardized patient(SP)combined with situational simulation teaching method can effectively improve students’comprehensive professional quality,such as the level of operation skills,nursing and patient communication ability and humanistic care consciousness,high teaching satisfaction,and improve the overall effect of practical teaching.
