职业教育中工匠精神培育的对策思考

摘　　要：我国正处于从制造业大国向制造业强国迈进的过程中,为提高制造业核心竞争力,除需要大批高水平的科学家、管理人员外,还需要大力发展职业教育,培养一支训练有素、具有工匠精神的技术人员队伍。首先分析了工匠精神在职业教育中的作用,其次提出了工匠精神培育的路径方法,希望能够发挥抛砖引玉的目的,对职业教育的改革、创新和发展起到一定的帮助和促进作用。China is transforming from a manufacturing country to a manufacturing power.In order to improve the core competitiveness of manufacturing industry of China,the nation is in need of high-level scientists and managers,as as well as well-trained technical workers.This paper first analyzes the role of craftsman spirit in vocational education,and then puts forward the path and method of craftsman spirit cultivation,with a view to promoting the reform,innovation and development of vocational education.
