摘 要:为了提高高等院校手球教学成效与教学效果,该研究运用文献资料、专家访谈、分组实验、数理统计等方法,对手球分层教学展开探索。当前,体育教育专业手球教学存在学生运动基础差异大、教学同一、教学成效不高的问题。为此,提出学生分层设置、教学内容分层制定、教学目标分层明确的分层教学设计,并通过教学实施提高课堂教学质量、发挥教师主导性学生主体性和切实提升学生运动技术操作水平等,促进了教学水平的提升与发展。研究认为,在高等院校手球教学中应用分层教学法方便、有效,能为高校手球教师提供有效的实践指导方法,能够进一步提高高校手球课堂的教学成效。In order to improve the teaching effect of handball in colleges and universities,this study explores the multi-level teaching of handball by using methods such as literature,expert interview,group experiment and mathematical statistics.At present,there are some problems in handball teaching of physical education major,such as the difference of students'sports foundation,teaching identity and low teaching effect.For this reason,this paper puts forward the hierarchical teaching design of students'hierarchical setting,teaching content hierarchical setting and teaching objectives hierarchical clear,and promotes the improvement and development of teaching levels.Through the implementation of teaching,it promotes the improvement and development of teaching level in improving classroom teaching quality,giving full play to teachers'leading role,students'subjectivity and effectively improving students'sports technology operation level.The research shows that the hierarchical teaching method is convenient and effective in handball teaching in colleges and universities,can provide effective practical guidance methods for handball teachers in colleges and universities,and can further improve the teaching effect of handball classroom in colleges and universities.
