摘 要:该文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、对比分析法来研究湖南理工学院“以赛代考”“考教分离”的考核方案,得出以下结论:(1)调动学生学习的主动性、积极性;(2)培养学生的创新型能力、合作能力和师生沟通能力等;(3)改善教学考核的综合性、科学性。建议:(1)发挥“以赛代考”的优势;推进教学改革;(2)分析相关比赛视频,提前讲解比赛流程;(3)教学能力要与时俱进,持续学习新鲜产物;(4)优化考核评分细则,更好地培养学生能力。By using the method of literature review,questionnaire survey and comparative analysis,this paper studies the assessment scheme of the separation of examination and teaching of"competition instead of examination"in Hunan Institute of Science and Technology.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Mobilize students'initiative and enthusiasm in learning;(2)Cultivate students'innovative ability,cooperation ability and communication ability between teachers and students;(3)Improve the comprehensiveness and scientificity of teaching assessment.Suggestions:(1)Give full play to the advantages of"match for exam";Promote Teaching Reform;(2)Analyze the relevant game video,explain the game flow in advance;(3)Teaching ability should keep pace with the times,continue to learn fresh products;(4)Optimize the examination and scoring rules,better training of students'ability.
