摘　　要：非公路运输车辆是露天矿山的重要运输工具,具有外形超高超大、载质量大等特点,配备高比转矩和高转矩增大系数的工程型发动机,在"碳中和及碳达峰"背景下,其动力传动技术向电动化方向发展。简述了非公路运输车辆的牵引电动机技术、动力电池技术及应用现状,综述了国内外近年来纯电动、混合动力及燃料电池非公路运输车辆的新技术及应用研究,分析了新能源非公路运输车辆向电动化、智能化转型过程中面临的挑战,阐述了新能源非公路运输车辆设计的研究方向。The off-road transport truck is an important transport means in open-pit mine.It is characterized by super-large super-high profile and large loading mass,and equipped with the engineering engine with high specific torque and high torque amplification coefficient.Under the background of"carbon neutralization and carbon peak",its power transmission technology is developing towards electrification.The paper briefly described the traction motor technology and power battery technology of the off-road transport truck and their application status,and summarized the new technology and application research about the pure electric,hybrid power and fuel cell off-road transport truck at home and abroad over recent years.It also analyzed the challenge in the process of transformation of the new energy off-road transport truck towards electrification and intelligence,and narrated the research direction of the design of the off-road transport truck.
