摘 要:本文利用甲醛与乙酰丙酮及铵离子反应生产黄色产物原理,研究出高效液相色谱柱后衍生法测定啤酒中甲醛含量方法,考察了方法专属性、检出限、定量限、标准曲线线性范围、方法准确度、衍生温度及取样量因素,试验结果表明本方法检出限为0.2 mg/L,定量限为0.5 mg/L,甲醛上机浓度在0.01~5.0 mg/L范围线性良好,确定了衍生器反应温度为80℃,取样量为0.5 mL。本方法与GB/T 5009.49—2008相比,具有前处理简单,样品无需蒸馏,精密度准确度更高等优点。This article utilizes the theory of formaldehyde reacts with acetyl acetone and ammonium ions to produce yellow products,to establish a method for a determination of formaldehyde in beer by HPLC with post-column derivatization.After studying the factors of method specificity,accuracy,LOD,LOQ,standard curve linear range,post-column derivatization temperature and sampling volume,the experimental results showed that the LOD was 0.2 mg/L,the LOQ was 0.5 mg/L,the linearity of formaldehyde concentration was good in the range of 0.01~5.0 mg/L,the detection temperature was determined to be 80℃,and the sampling volume was 0.5 mL.Comparing with GB/T 5009.49—2008,this method has the advantages of simpler pretreatment,especially cutting out the step of distillation,and higher precision and accuracy.
