摘  要:采用HPLC法测定陕北地区佳县、定边、米脂3个产地的甜菊叶样品中甜菊糖苷含量。通过超声提取得到甜菊叶中甜菊糖苷样品液,使用高效液相色谱仪检测甜菊糖苷样品液。采用C_(18)反相色谱柱(250.0 mm×4.6 mm,5 m),流动相为乙腈-磷酸钠缓冲液(30∶70,体积比),梯度洗脱,流速1 mL/min,柱温40℃,测定波长210 nm,进样量10μL。结果表明,HPLC法操作简便、高效快速、稳定性好。The content of stevioside in Stevia leaves from Jiaxian,Dingbian and Mizhi in Northern Shaanxi was determined by HPLC.Stevioside sample solution in Stevia leaves was obtained by ultrasonic extraction,and stevioside sample solution was detected by high performance liquid chromatography.HPLC was performed on a C_(18) reversed-phase column(250.0 mm×4.6 mm,5 m),the mobile phase was acetonitrile sodium phosphate buffer(30∶70,volume ratio),gradient elution,flow rate was 1 mL/min,column temperature was 40℃,determination wavelength was 210 nm,and injection volume was 10μL。The result showed that the HPLC method was simple,efficient,rapid and stable.
