地方院校青年教师企业挂职存在的问题及思考——以酒店管理专业为例

摘　　要：到企业进行挂职实践是提升青年教师的专业素质和教学能力的重要途径。目前地方院校青年教师的企业挂职存在一些问题,如挂职企业的地域限制、青年教师的人脉困境以及缺乏正规有效的企业挂职途径等。基于这些问题,对青年教师企业挂职提出了网络信息化审核、突破挂职企业地域限制、建立企业挂职以“老”带“新”的奖励制度、建立企业挂职联网“双选”平台等的设想。It is an important way to improve the professional qualities and teaching ability of young teachers to serve temporary positions in enterprises.Some problems exist in serving temporary positions in enterprises of young teachers in local colleges and universities,such as the geographical restrictions,and the lack of connections and formal and effective ways.Aiming at these problems,the paper puts forward some ideas,such as network information audit,breaking through the geographical restrictions of enterprises,establishing the reward system,and establishing the"double selection"platform of enterprises.
