摘　　要：为构建鸡胚卵巢的基因共表达网络模块,挖掘鸡卵巢发育相关功能基因,通过加权重基因共表达网络分析(WGCNA),利用鸡胚卵巢转录组测序数据构建了共表达模块,并对模块进行生物学过程、KEGG通路和蛋白互作网络分析,筛选出与鸡卵巢发育密切相关的枢纽基因。结果表明:共鉴别出8个共表达模块,对其中6个模块进行富集性分析并选出2个特征性模块:青色和红色,选出模块的候选枢纽基因进行蛋白互作网络分析并筛选出2个模块的枢纽基因,分别是:CDC5L和PLG;并从鸡两侧卵巢发育角度对2个模块进行了功能分析。To construct the gene coexpression network module of chicken embryo ovary and discover the functional genes related to chicken ovary development,the coexpression module was constructed by using the sequence data of chicken embryo ovary transcriptome through weighted heavy gene coexpression network analysis(WGCNA),and the biological process,KEGG pathway and protein interaction network of the module were analyzed,The hub genes closely related to chicken ovarian development were screened.Eight coexpression modules were identified,six of them were enriched and two characteristic modules were selected:cyan and red.The candidate hub genes of the module were selected for protein interaction network analysis,and the hub genes of two modules were screened:CDC5L and PLG;the functions of the two modules were analyzed from the perspective of chicken bilateral ovarian development.
