摘　　要：上颌骨切除术后修复是一项临床难题,使用双颧骨种植可以为赝复体提供良好的支撑,因而越来越广泛地被应用于上颌骨切除术后修复。本文报告1例因右上颌骨黏液表皮样癌行右侧上颌骨切除术后在数字化导航引导下行双颧种植体修复缺损患者,并就双颧种植体的适应证、风险等进行了文献回顾。Post-maxillectomy restoration is a clinical challenge.The use of double zygomatic implants can provide good anchorage for prosthesis,so it has been widely used in post-maxillectomy prosthesis.In this paper,we presented a case of right maxillary restoration with dynamic navigation guided bizygomatic implant in a patient with adenoid cystic carcinoma after right maxillectomy,and discussed the indications and risks of bizygomatic implants.
