摘　　要：广播电视播控岗位工作时间长,安全播出压力大,培训和管理要求高。通过广播电视播控岗位几年的实践探索,总结出行之有效的规范和制度,如演练常态化、案例宣讲、专员负责、量化管理、安播备忘录和安播业绩表等,人员培训和安播管理效果显著。The TV broadcast control position requires long working hours,high pressure of the safe broadcasting,as well as high requirements of training and management.After several years of practicing and exploration,we have conclude some effective norms and systems of TV broadcast control,such as the normalization of drills,case lectures,responsibility of the commissioner,quantitative management,the safety broadcast memorandum and the the safety broadcast performance table,etc,which have achieved remarkable results in personnel training and broadcast security management.
