摘　　要：当前,结合地方经济发展需求和自身优势建设特色专业群,是高职院校面对的重要任务。河南省正在推进文化和旅游产业融合发展,打造新的产业格局,推动新业态的产生。在这一背景下,河南省高职院校应加强校企合作,创新人才培养模式,构建文化旅游类专业群,打造层次化的课程体系,组建高水平教师团队,优化实训教学环境,努力提高社会服务能力,促进区域文化旅游产业高质量发展。How to combine the demands of local economic development and their own advantages to build characteristic professional groups has become an important task faced by higher vocational colleges.Construction of cultural tourism professional group butt the industry structure in recent years in Henan province forms,which is the fusion of culture and tourism industry,product integration,and the sustainable development of mass culture and tourism.In the practice process of cultural tourism professional group,the personnel training mode is being established,the professional group of curriculum system is being formed,the teacher’s group is being built,and university-enterprise cooperation’s practice teaching environment,the ability of service industry are being exploring and so on.
