摘　　要：在教育部新工科战略实施的大背景下,传统的地理信息科学专业人才培养模式已经不能适应当前新要求与新任务,需要针对地理信息产业新型产业的特点来对其进行完善,服务于培养新一代创新型卓越工程科技人才的目的。文章针对当前地理信息科学专业人才培养模式存在的问题,探索了“学训赛创”四位一体的地理信息科学专业的人才培养模式,并以华中师范大学地理信息科学专业为例介绍了实践成效。该模式有助于形成以学促训、以训促赛、以赛促学循环递进式的人才培养体系,能够全方位锻炼学生的实践能力和创新意识,为培养适应新时代地理信息产业发展特点的工科人才提供了借鉴方案。In the context of the implementation of the new engineering strategy of the Ministry of Education,the traditional talent training mode of Geographic Information Science cannot meet the need of the current new requirements and new tasks.The talent training mode should be improved according to the characteristics of the new industry of geographic information industry so as to serve the purpose of training a new generation of innovative and outstanding engineering technology talents.Aiming at the problems existing in the current talent training mode of geographic information science,this paper explores the four-in-one talent training mode of geographic information science,and introduces the practical results with the geographic information science major of Central China Normal University as an example.This mode is conducive to the formation of a circular and progressive talent training system in which learning promotes training,training promotes competition,and competition promotes learning.It can exercise students'practical ability and innovation consciousness in an all-round way,and provides a reference scheme for training engineering talents adapting to the development characteristics of geographic information industry in the new era.
