摘 要:在菠菜、普通白菜和叶用莴苣3种基质中添加不同水平的烯啶虫胺和氟啶虫胺腈,样品经乙腈涡旋提取,用无水MgSO4、GCB、PSA和C18分散固相萃取净化后,采用液相色谱-串联质谱仪(LC-MS∕MS)检测。结果表明:在5—200μg∕L范围内,烯啶虫胺和氟啶虫胺腈的峰面积与其质量浓度呈良好线性关系,方法检出限为5μg∕kg;在10μg∕kg、50μg∕kg和100μg∕kg三个添加水平下,烯啶虫胺和氟啶虫胺腈回收率为92.6%—105.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.6%—6.8%。该方法可以满足绿叶蔬菜中烯啶虫胺和氟啶虫胺腈残留检测的需要。Different levels of nitenpyram and sulfoxaflor were added to spinach,common Chinese cabbage and leaf lettuce,the samples were extracted by acetonitrile vortex,purified by anhydrous MgSO4,GCB,PSA and C18 dispersive solid phase extraction,and detected by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS∕MS).The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the peak area of nitenpyram and sulfoxaflor and their concentration in the range of 5-200μg∕L,and the detection limit of the method was 5μg∕kg;At the addition levels of 10μg∕kg,50μg∕kg and 100μg∕kg,the recoveries of nitenpyram and sulfoxaflor were 92.6%-105.3%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 1.6%-6.8%.The method could meet the needs of the residue detection of nitenpyram and sulfoxaflor in green leafy vegetables.
