摘　　要：目的:了解苏州市中学生睡眠时间与抑郁症状的现状及两者关系,为改善中学生身心健康状况提供依据。方法:2019年9—10月采用分层整群抽样法,抽取苏州市1 734名中学生为调查对象。采用流调中心用抑郁量表(CES-D scale)判定中学生抑郁得分。利用logistic回归分析探索中学生睡眠时间与抑郁症状的关联。结果:共有304名中学生检出抑郁症状,检出率为17.53%。睡眠时间不达标的中学生抑郁症状检出率为22.44%,远高于睡眠时间达标的中学生(8.51%)(χ^(2)=53.103,P<0.01)。结论:苏州市中学生抑郁问题不容小觑,应重视中学生睡眠时间不足与心理健康状况的关联,保证中学生拥有充足的睡眠时间。OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between sleep duration and depression among middle school students in Suzhou,to provide evidence for depression intervention.METHODS A total of 1 734 middle school students were enrolled through stratified cluster sampling from September to October,2019.Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale(CES-D scale) survey were conducted.Logistic regression analysis were applied to explore influence factors.RESULTS There were 304 cases of depression in middle school students,and the report rate was 17.53%.The depression report rate of middle school students whose sleep duration was not up to standard was 22.44%,which was much higher than 8.51% of middle school students whose sleep duration was up to standard (χ^(2)=53.103,P<0.01).Logistic regression analysis showed that sleep duration was positively correlated with depression.CONCLUSION The depression of middle school students in Suzhou should not be underestimated.It should pay attention to the association between insufficient sleep time and mental health status to ensure that middle school students had sufficient sleep time.
