摘　　要：慕课联盟是在线开放课程共享的新形式,推动了高校优质课程资源共建共享。针对区域型慕课联盟运行过程中的问题,以宁波市高校慕课联盟为例,围绕在线开放课程的“建、用、学、管”,探索区域型慕课联盟的运行策略。为实现联盟的有序共享和持续发展,提出“审核—备案”“应用—认定”“共享—奖补”三级质量保证体系。MOOC alliance is a new form of MOOCs sharing,which promotes the co-construction and sharing of high-quality courses re⁃sources in universities.In view of the problems in the operation of regional MOOC alliance,taking Ningbo University MOOC alliance as an example,this paper explores the operation strategy of regional MOOC alliance around the“construction,use,learning and man⁃agement”of MOOC.In order to realize the orderly sharing and sustainable development of the alliance,a three-level quality assurance system of“audit filing”,“application identification”and“sharing reward compensation”is proposed.
