摘 要:在“泛在印刷”概念下,从三维建模到产品制造阶段,三维量测技术起到了过程检测和最终产品形制监督的作用,从而保障了信息传播的准确性,以达到印刷“一到多复制”的属性要求。本研究以复原西汉玻璃编磬为案例,利用三维量测技术比较其三维建模和生产成品之间的形制偏差。该研究可为同类文物复原产品的形制检测提供参考;帮助生产企业快速监测到产品的形制问题并及时改善;同时也展示了三维量测技术在“泛在印刷”应用中保证复制产品信息准确传播的重要作用。Under the concept of“ubiquitous printing”,from 3D modeling to product manufacturing,3D measurement technology plays the role of process detection and final product shape supervision,so as to ensure the accuracy of information dissemination and meet the attribute requirements of printing.In this study,taking the restoration of glass chimes in the Western Han Dynasty as an example,the three-dimensional measurement technology was used to compare the shape deviation between its three-dimensional modeling and the finished products.This study can provide a reference for the shape detection of similar cultural relics restoration products.It helps manufacturers quickly monitor the shape problems of products and improve them in time.The three-dimensional measurement technology plays an important role in ensuring the accuracy of information dissemination of copied products in the concept of“ubiquitous printing”.
