摘  要:用酿酒副产物丢糟作为红平菇主要培养料生产红平菇及菌糠替代精料喂养育肥肉牛中,对酸度的调整,出菇转化率,菌糠生物学指标和育肥肉牛喂养等相关指标进行分析,结果表明,当生石灰粉的添加量为丢糟含量的3.3%,丢糟与高粱壳的比例为80∶20时,菌丝浓密、较粗壮、尖端菌丝生命力较强,菌丝满袋时间为32 d,生物转化率为87%。菌糠粗纤维素相对于培养料降低29.01%,菌糠无氮浸出物则高出培养料13.14%;5%~20%菌糠替代精料喂养无显著差异。In this study,the spent grains of Baijiu was used to culture Pleurotus djamor,and the waste mushroom culture substrate was used to feed beef cattle instead of concentrated feed.The acidity adjustment process,the fruiting rate,the physicochemical indexes of the waste mushroom culture substrate,and the fattening effect of the cattle were studied.The results showed that,when the addition amount of quicklime powder was 3.3%of the spent grains,and the ratio of spent grains to sorghum husk was 80∶20,the fungal mycelia were dense,strong and vital,the time needed for the mycelia to fill the bag was 32 days,and the bio-conversion rate was 87%.The crude fiber in the waste mushroom culture substrate was reduced by 29.01%,and the nitrogen free extract increased by 13.14%.There was no significant difference in the feeding effect when using 5%to 20%waste mushroom culture substrate to feed the beef cattle instead of concentrated feed.
