摘　　要：如何实现伦理学知识体系的转换与发明,是当代伦理学必须面对和解决的一大难题。当代伦理学学者何怀宏先生的伦理学反思和理论建构对此做出了很好的回应。其伦理学理论创新的进路和理论体系的构建大致展现了四个方面的特点:一是自觉地做到了伦理学问题意识和话语的转换与调适;二是与时俱进地保持着其伦理学理论体系的不断创新;三是构建了富有时代特点的理性主义的纯粹伦理学理论;四是在伦理学的方法层面实现了转识成智。How to realize the transformation and invention of the knowledge system of ethics is a major challenge that contemporary ethics must face and solve.HE Huai-hong,a contemporary ethicist,has made a good response to this in his ethical reflection and theoretical construction.His approach to ethical theoretical innovation and theoretical system construction shows four general characteristics:first,he has consciously achieved the transformation and adaptation of ethical problem awareness and discourse;second,he has kept pace with the times and maintained the continuous innovation of his ethical theoretical system;third,he has constructed a rationalist pure ethical theory with the characteristics of the times;fourth,he has realized the transformation of knowledge and wisdom in the methodological level of ethics.
