摘　　要：信息化背景下,“互联网+”的理念已上升到国家战略发展层面,教育界也积极响应国家号召及学生需求,整合优质教学资源,开发和建设网络教学平台,推动教学系统的变革与发展。近年来,高校网络教学平台建设发展迅速,从教师、学生及教学等需求入手分析网络教学平台建设开发之始,并结合网络开发设计思路,对网络教学平台建设过程中的优势诸如多样化教学资源、时间和空间的自主性、教学方式的新颖等及劣势诸如学生管理难度增加、信息资源良莠不齐、后续建设滞后等因素进行探讨,进而提出更有效的平台建设及发展路径,以期为高校网络教学工作的开展给予更多支持,促进信息技术与高校教学的深度融合。In the context of informatization,the concept of"Internet plus"has been upgraded to the level of national strategic development.The educational sector has also responded positively to the needs of the state and students,integrating high-quality teaching resources,developing and constructing network teaching platformand promoting the transformation and development of teaching system.In recent years,the construction of network teaching platform in colleges and universities is developing rapidly.Starting from the needs of teachers,students and teaching,this paper analyzes the construction and development.Then,taking into account the path of network exploration and design,this paper makes an analysis of the advantages,such as diversified teaching resources,autonomy of time and space,novelty of teaching mode,etc.,and the disadvantages,such as more difficulties in student management,uneven quality of information resources,lag of follow-up construction,etc.Based on this,this paper puts forward a more effective platform construction and development path,attempting to give more support for the development of network teaching in colleges and universitiesand promote the deep integration of information technology and college teaching.
