摘　　要：从内训平台的搭建与扩展、内训管理的优化以及内训师队伍的建设等方面对“智慧制造”背景下钢铁企业内训体系建设进行了探索。This paper explores the construction of internal training system of“intelligent manufacturing”iron and steel enterprises from the perspectives of construction and expansion of internal training platform,optimization of internal training mode and construction of internal training teams.From the dynamic progress of both trainers and trainees,ideas,methods and details of internal training model are proposed with in-depth ideas about the construction of online and offline platforms and in-class and extracurricular platform scenes,improvement of quantity and quality,evaluation system and trainers’qualifications,role strengthening and transformation as well as team building.
