摘 要:在乡村振兴战略背景下,围绕如何培养学农、知农、爱农的农村普惠金融专业人才这一问题,中国农业大学金融学专业以实践教学为突破口,分析现有人才培养的主要瓶颈,紧密与行业前沿动向相结合,形成了"理论—实践—再理论"的三位一体实践模式,并以"同中有异"的原则设计教学内容、建立综合评估考核模式,致力于使实践教学体系真正服务于培养农村普惠金融人才。从实施效果来看,实践课程改革帮助学生从思想上提升了历史感和使命感,从知识上掌握了现代农村普惠金融理论,从能力上培养了创新协作、沟通交流等一系列技能,有效地促进了农村普惠金融人才的培养。这将为涉农高校推进农村普惠金融人才培养改革提供参考依据。In the context of rural vitalization strategy,focusing on the issue of how to cultivate rural inclusive finance talents who learn,know,and love agriculture,the major in finance of China Agricultural University takes practical teaching as a breakthrough,summarizes the main bottlenecks of existing talent cultivating,and integrates with the frontier trends of agriculture to form a trinity practice model of“theory to practice to re-theory”.At the same time,the major in finance of China Agricultural University designs teaching content based on the principle of“difference in similarity”and establishes a comprehensive evaluation and assessment model,so that the practical teaching system can truly serve the cultivation of rural inclusive financial talents.From the perspective of implementation effects,the practical curriculum reform can help students enhance their sense of history and mission from the ideological level,master the theory of modern rural inclusive finance from the knowledge level,and cultivate a series of skills such as innovation,collaboration,communication and exchange from the ability level,which promotes the cultivation of rural inclusive financial talents effectively.This paper will provide a reference for how agricultural universities promote the reform of cultivating rural inclusive finance talents.
