服务农村产业革命的职业教育发展研究

摘　　要：随着我国第三次农村产业革命蓬勃发展,迫切需要具备现代农村产业高质量发展知识、技能以及健康的新型职业农民。然而,当前农村产业革命面临新型职业农民知识资本匮乏、技能资本固化和健康资本单薄等人力资本困境。职业教育在服务农村产业革命中具有文化普及积累新型职业农民知识资本、职业培训提升新型职业农民技能资本和健康教育保障新型职业农民健康资本等应然价值。为此,职业教育需要从培养新型职业农民群体,促进农村产业人才成长;打造应用型专业集群,支撑农村产业结构调整以及构建创新型行业智库,指导农村产业体系建设等路径服务第三次农村产业革命。With the third rural industrial revolution emerging and booming,it urgently needs the new professional farmer with high-quality development knowledge,skills and health of modern rural industry.However,the current rural industrial revolution is facing a series of human capital difficulties,such as the lack of knowledge capital,the solidification of skill capital and the lack of health capital.In serving the rural industrial revolution,vocational education has the appropriate value of cultural popularization and accumulation of knowledge capital of the new professional farmer,vocational training to improve the skills capital of the new professional farmer,and health education to ensure the health capital of the new professional farmer.Therefore,vocational education needs to serve the third rural industrial revolution through the cultivation of rural industrial talents,build an application-oriented professional cluster,support the rural industrial structure adjustment and improve the innovative industry think tank and guide the construction of the rural industrial system.
