摘 要:为研究N^(+)离子注入黑花生对Oligomeric Proaflth Cyaflidin(OPC)清除氧自由基能力的影响,将不同能量剂量组合的N^(+)离子注入黑花生,种植传代后提取OPC,采用紫外-可见分光光度仪和荧光分光光度计分别对不同OPC与不同浓度H_(2)O_(2)结合后的光谱进行测量分析.由Lineweaver-Burk方程计算出结合位点数n在0.1—1.56之间;静态猝灭常数KA在10.59—31.94之间.N^(+)离子注入黑花生对OPC的结合位点数和猝灭常数有显著影响,为离子注入选育黑花生良种提供有益参考.In order to study the effect of N^(+) ion implantation into black peanuts on the ability of OPC to scavenge oxygen free radicals,N^(+) ions with different energy dose combinations were implanted into black peanuts,and OPC was extracted after planting and passage,using ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer and fluorescence spectrophotometer respectively The spectra of different OPCs combined with different concentrations of H_(2)O_(2) were measured and analyzed.According to the Lineweaver-Burk equation,the number of binding sites n is between 0.1 and 1.56;the static quenching constant KA is between 10.59 and 31.94.N^(+) ion implantation of black peanut has a significant effect on the number of OPC binding sites and quenching constant,which provides a useful reference for ion implantation to breed black peanut varieties.
