摘  要:实验技术系列职称评审指标是队伍建设的方向标,对一流实验技术队伍建设具有导向性作用。结合目前高校实验技术系列职称设置不科学、不同岗位评价标准趋同、评审指标偏离岗位工作、评聘程序有短板等问题,将评价指标与思想品德和年度考核相结合、定性与定量相结合、侧重岗位工作业绩和岗位创新成果,建立实验技术系列职务评聘指标体系和评聘实施流程,对高水平实验技术队伍建设起到了重要的推动作用。The evaluation index of professional titles of experimental technology series is the direction for the team building,and plays a guiding role in the construction of the first-class experimental technology team.The existing problems of the experimental technology series professional titles in universities include:the unscientific setting of titles in experimental technology series,the convergence of evaluation standards for different jobs,the deviation of evaluation index from the job duty,and the weakness of evaluation and employment procedure.The evaluation index system and the implementation process of the evaluation and employment of the experimental technology series are established by combining the evaluation index with the ideological and moral and annual assessment,combining qualitative and quantitative analysis,and focusing on post work performance and post innovation achievements,which plays an important role in promoting the construction of high-level experimental technology team.
