摘  要:以樟树花生植株和花生芽为原料,测定了各组分中白藜芦醇的含量,发现花生根部的白藜芦醇含量较高,确定了花生根作为提取白藜芦醇的原料。以花生根为原料,采用单因素实验法探讨了超声波下提取白藜芦醇的影响因素,以及酶和β-环糊精对于提取白藜芦醇的影响,通过比较白藜芦醇的含量,得到了最佳的工艺条件。最佳工艺条件为70%乙醇,料液比160(g·mL^(-1)),超声温度60℃,超声时间50 min,超声功率80 W,纤维素酶添加量2%,β-环状糊精用量10.075(g·mmol^(-1))时,白藜芦醇的提取率为0.699%。Using Zhangshu peanut plants and peanut buds as raw materials,the content of resveratrol in each component was determined,and it was found that the resveratrol content in the roots of peanuts was relatively high.Using peanut root as the raw material,the single factor experiment method was used to explore the factors affecting the extraction of resveratrol under ultrasound,and the effect of enzymes andβ-cyclodextrin on the extraction of resveratrol was also discussed.By comparing the content of resveratrol,the best process conditions were obtained.The optimal conditions were determined as followsthe extracting solvent was 70%ethanol,the ratio of material to liquid was 160(g·mL^(-1)),ultrasonic temperature was 60℃,ultrasonic time was 50 min,ultrasonic power was 80 W,the cellulase amount was 2%,theβ-cyclodextrin amount was 10.075(g·mmol^(-1)).Under the optimal conditions,the extraction rate of resveratrol was 0.699%.
