摘 要:如何培养林业拔尖创新人才是当前农林高校值得深入研究的课题,以江西农业大学林学实验班为例,论述了江西农业大学林学专业在拔尖创新人才培养方面进行的改革与实践,明确了林学实验班培养过程中存在的问题,并从培养理念、培养目标、培养模式、培养途径、师资队伍建设、导师制考核等几个关键环节进行探索,为我校林学专业人才培养模式创新奠定了基础。How to cultivate top-notch innovative talents in forestry is a topic worthy of in-depth research in agriculture and forestry universities currently.Taking the experimental class of forestry in Jiangxi agricultural university as an example,the reform and practice of cultivating top-notch innovative talents majoring in forestry in Jiangxi Agricultural University was discussed in this paper,and the problems existing in the training process of the experimental class was also defined.Besides,several key links were deplored,such as training concepts,training targets,training modes,training approaches,teacher team construction,as well as the tutorial system assessment,etc.The research laid a new foundation for the innovation of talent training mode of forestry specialty in Jiangxi Agricultural University.
