摘　　要：分析了高校大型仪器设备开放与共享方面存在的问题。为促进大型仪器设备的开放共享,充分发挥资源使用效益,结合苏州大学分析测试中心的建设与运行实践,从管理体制、质量体系、队伍建设、教学培训、制度建设、激励机制、社会服务等方面介绍了大型仪器设备开放共享模式的探索与实践。对促进全校大型仪器设备的开放共享,提供了思路和经验。The problems of opening and sharing of large-scale instruments in colleges and universities are analyzed.Improving the opening and sharing and maximizing the benefits of large-scale instruments must be faced by the analysis and testing centers of universities.Exploration and practice on opening and sharing mode of large-scale instruments in analysis and testing centers of Soochow University were introduced.It included the management system,quality system,construction of technical team,teaching and training,construction of system,excitation mechanism and social services.Some ideas and experiences were proposed for promoting the opening and sharing of large-scale instruments in the whole university.
