摘  要:基于Moldflow对透镜注塑压缩成型工艺进行仿真研究,以体积收缩率和翘曲变形量为优化目标,以正交实验法与综合平衡法相结合获得最优工艺参数组合;通过显著影响因子设计响应曲面试验,使用Minitab分析响应曲面,利用响应优化器获得最优解。通过两种多目标优化方法得到的试验结果分别进行仿真,通过对比可得,响应曲面法对多目标工艺参数的优化更具有可行性。The lens injection compression molding process was simulated based on Moldflow.Taking the volume shrinkage and warpage deformation as the optimization objectives,the optimal combination of process parameters was obtained by the combination of orthogonal experiment method and comprehensive balance method.The response surface test was designed by significant influence factor,the response surface was analyzed by Minitab,and the optimal solution was obtained by response optimizer.Through the simulation of the test results obtained by the two multi-objective optimization methods,it could be obtained that the response surface method was more feasible to optimize the multi-objective process parameters.
