三全育人视域下高职院校辅导员核心素养的提升路径

摘　　要：随着三全教育理念的深入发展,教育理念在不断的进行更新,为高校思想政治教育工作的开展提供了有效的指导和理论条件。作为高职院校辅导员,核心素养的提升应遵循立德树人的初心和使命,应坚持落实立德树人这一教育目标,将思想政治教育工作贯穿于教育教学的全过程当中,不断提高自身的专业素质,构建以政治素养、文化素养、业务素养、信息素养为一体的高职院校辅导员核心素养体系,努力探索提升高职院校辅导员核心素养的路径,因时而进,形成协同效应;因事而化,提升自身素养;因势而新,搭建育人平台。The idea of SanQuan education provides theoretical supports for the work on the ideological and political education of colleges and universities.The promotion of the core qualities of counselors in higher vocational colleges should follow the original aspiration and the mission in fostering virtues through the education,and should constantly adapt to the needs of professionalization and specialization of counselors.We should build the core quality system of the counselors in higher vocational colleges,with the political quality as the lead,with the business quality as the core,with the cultural quality as the basis,with the information quality as the guidance.It strives to explore the pathway of improving the core qualities of the counselors in higher vocational colleges.It makes improvements with time,which brings in the collaboration effect.It makes changes with things,which promotes qualities of the counselors.It makes creations with trend,which builds an educational platform.
