摘 要:采用顶空固相微萃取法提取虎眼万年青根、茎和叶的挥发性化学成分,用气相色谱-质谱法分析鉴定其挥发性化学成分,通过面积归一化法得出各成分的质量分数.从虎眼万年青的根中鉴定出12种挥发性化学组分,总检出率为91.53%,其中,醛类化合物5种占27.95%,1-己醇占1.71%,吡啶占11.90%,2-苯基呋喃占5.29%,甲酸辛酯占2.04%,乙醛-O-甲基肟占13.40%,己醛-O-甲基肟占22.4%,4-硝基-4′-氯联苯含硫化合物占6.84%;从虎眼万年青的茎中鉴定出9种挥发性化学组分,总检出率为89.95%,其中,醛类化合物6种占34.76%,2-己烯-1-醇占41.80%,1,3,5,7-环辛四烯占3.59%,双丁酰吗啡占9.80%;从虎眼万年青的叶中鉴定出9种挥发性化学组分,总检出率为91.92%,其中,醛类化合物5种占33.78%,2-己烯-1-醇占35.40%,苯乙烯占4.040%,4-(1-甲丙基)苯酚占13.20%,4-硝基-4′-氯联苯含硫化合物占5.50%.虎眼万年青根、茎和叶挥发性化学成分中醛类化合物质量分数均较高.The volatile chemical constituents were extracted from the roots,stems and leaves of tiger’s eye evergreen by headspace solid phase microextraction.The volatile chemical constituents were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The mass fraction of each component was obtained by peak area normalization method.Twelve volatile chemical components were identified from the roots of tiger’s eye evergreen,with a total detection rate of 91.53%.Among them,5 aldehydes accounted for 27.95%,1-hexanol for 1.71%,pyridine for 11.90%,2-phenylfuran for 5.29%,octyl formate for 2.04%,acetaldehyde-O-methyl oxime for 13.40%.Hexaldehyde-O-methyloxime accounted for 22.40%,sulphur-containing compounds of 4-nitro-4′-chlorodiphenyl accounted for 6.84%;Nine volatile chemical components were identified from the stems of tiger’s evergreen with a total detection rate of 89.95%.Among them,6 kinds of aldehydes accounting for 34.76%,2-hexene-1-alcohol accounted for 41.80%,1,3,5,7-cyclooctetraene accounted for 3.59%,dibutyryl morphine accounted for 9.80%.Nine volatile chemical components were identified from the leaves of tiger’s eye evergreen,and with a total detection rate of 91.92%.Among them,5 kinds of aldehydes accounting for 33.78%,2-hexene-1-alcohol accounted for 35.40%,styrene accounted for 4.04%,4-(1-methyl)phenol accounted for 13.20%,sulphur-containing compounds of 4-nitro-4′-chlorodiphenyl accounted for 5.50%.The mass fractions of aldehydes in the volatile chemical components of the roots,stems and leaves of tiger’s eye evergreen was high.
