提升数控加工技能的综合实践应用研究

摘　　要：针对课程教学改革的需要,开设《数控加工技能提升实践》综合实践应用课程,授课中同时使用UG和上海宇龙数控仿真加工软件,实现零件的生产加工调试。综合实践应用项目的开展完善了专业课程的教学模式,有效实现了课程间的衔接,突出了应用型的专业特色。In view of the needs of the course teaching reform, set up the comprehensivepractice application course of NC processing skills improvement practice, and use UG andShanghai Yulong numerical control simulation processing software to realize the debugging of theproduction and processing of parts.The comprehensive practice and application project improvesthe teaching mode of professional courses, effectively realizes the connection between courses,and highlights the application-oriented professional characteristics.
