摘  要:发展普惠性民办幼儿园是国家推进学前教育的重要举措,鉴于普惠性民办幼儿园处于起步阶段,基础弱、底子薄,在国家、政府、社会资助的同时,幼儿园需要发挥自身造血机能,谋求特色,快速发展,以满足民生需求。开发园本化课程资源可以实现投入和产出效益最大化,弥补设备设施、师资力量的不足,不失为普惠性民办幼儿园发展的良策。对廊坊市部分幼儿园的调查结果显示,在普惠性民办幼儿园园本化课程资源开发上还存在认识和实践层面的不足,需要政府、幼儿园、教师等多方面共同发力,充分挖掘园本化课程资源,探索普惠性民办幼儿园特色发展之路。An important measure for the state to promote preschool education is to develop inclusive private kindergartens.Given that inclusive private kindergartens are in their infancy with weak foundations,kindergartens need to exert their own hematopoietic function while funding from the state,government,and society,and seek distinctive and rapid development to meet the needs of people’s livelihood.Developing kindergarten-based curriculum resources is a good strategy for the development of inclusive private kindergartens,and can maximize the benefits of input and output,make up for the lack of equipment and facilities and teachers.The survey results of some kindergartens in Langfang City show that the development of inclusive private kindergartens’ kindergarten-based curriculum resources has insufficient knowledge and practice.Therefore,joint efforts of the government,kindergartens and teachers are requited to fully tap the kindergarten-based curriculum resources and explore the characteristic development path of inclusive private kindergartens.
