摘　　要：人大附中航天城学校啦啦操社团是促进学生身心健康发展的重要社团,是学生课外自主开展啦啦操活动的重要形式。其以培养团队精神为核心,同时发展学生的运动能力,旨在打造一个团结、刻苦、友爱、自信的优秀社团。在"启航—领航—自航"课程体系引领下,啦啦操社团的发展经历了从原始积累阶段到过渡阶段,再到自我提升阶段。同时,社团注重理念提升和文化建设,重视梯队培养和家校共育,促进了学生多方面能力和素养的提升。The cheerleading club is an important society to promote the development of students'physical and mental health in the Aerospace City School of RDFZ.It is an important form for students to independently carry out cheerleading activities after class.It focuses on cultivating team spirit and developing students'athletic ability,aiming to build an excellent community of united,hardworking,fraternal and self-confident.Under the guidance of the tertiary curriculum system of"sailing-pilot-self-navigation",the development of Cheerleading club has changed from the original accumulation stage to the transition stage,and then to the self-improvement stage.At the same time,the club pays attention to concept promotion and cultural construction,echelon training and home school co-education,which has promoted the improvement of students'various abilities and literacy.
