摘　　要：文章介绍了军队护士核心卫勤保障能力的相关概念,从军事综合素养、专业知识储备、战场救护技能、生存适应能力和组织协同能力5方面提出了军队医院护士核心卫勤保障能力框架,并综述了护士核心卫勤保障能力的常用评估工具和研究现状,以探索适合我国国情的军队护士核心卫勤保障能力标准和评价体系,为军队医院培养复合全能的战伤救护护理人员提供参考。The article introduced the concepts of core health support competence and put forward the framework of core health support competence of military nurses from five aspects:comprehensive military accomplishment,professional knowledge reserve,battlefield rescue skills,survival adaptability,and organization and coordination ability.The evaluation tools and research status of nurses'core health support competence were reviewed to provide the reference for military hospital.
