摘 要:目的探讨在口腔修复治疗中可塑纤维桩以及预成纤维桩的应用效果。方法126例口腔修复治疗的患者,随机分为可塑组和预成组,各63例。可塑组采用可塑纤维桩进行口腔修复,预成组采用预成纤维桩进行口腔修复。比较两组患者修复成功率、咬合力及咀嚼效率。结果预成组修复成功率98.41%高于可塑组的84.13%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组咬合力、咀嚼效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,预成组咬合力(142.29±11.55)Ibs、咀嚼效率(92.57±8.17)%均高于可塑组的(112.57±8.65)Ibs、(73.59±7.22)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预成纤维桩在口腔修复治疗中,可提升修复成功率,显著改善咬合力及咀嚼效率,实现口腔修复治疗患者整体预后水平显著提升,在口腔修复治疗期间,预成纤维桩应用价值较高。Objective To discuss the effect of plastic fiber post and prefabricated fiber post in prosthodontic restoration.Methods A total of 126 patients undergoing prosthodontic treatment were randomly divided into plastic group and prefabricated group,each with 63 cases.The plastic group received plastic fiber post for prosthodontic restoration,and the prefabricated group received prefabricated fiber post for prosthodontic restoration.The success rate of restoration,bite force and masticatory efficiency were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of restoration 98.41%of the prosthodontic group was higher than 84.13%of the plastic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in bite force and masticatory efficiency between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the bite force(142.29±11.55)Ibs and masticatory efficiency(92.57±8.17)%of the prosthodontic group were higher than(112.57±8.65)Ibs and(73.59±7.22)%of the plastic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In prosthodontic restoration,the application of prefabricated fiber post can increase the success rate of restoration,significantly improve the bite force and masticatory efficiency,and achieve a significant improvement in the overall prognosis of patients undergoing prosthodontic restoration,thus proving the application value of the prefabricated fiber post.
